One day i have been contacted by a client. He asked me to check a property and an opinion about.

I took my car, putted it on the ferry boat and after some curves up the hill I arrived at a 1920’s gate looking at the lake.

I went in , the garden was special and historical, other times essences and a special feeling. The property was composed by two houses, one sixties and the other one twenties, both of them watching at the lake.

The sixties one was just a bit a normal old style but with a really good potential, the second one more in order with special decoration inside and an architectural eighties touch outside, poetic and a wonderful terrace on the top.

I didn’t think too much, I called my client and I said : ’It’s to buy’.

He did, and we have totally renewed both the houses and made a swimming pool on a natural old terrace keeping care of the old garden.

The idea was to have a big family house for the holiday, all the bedrooms are towards the lake, the rooms  wake up with a real feeling, we keep old finishing cleaning and restoring them, we enlarged the sixties house windows and we used wooden windows and French balconies and we keep some of the old furniture, all the sytems new. And so I really think this is  has become quickly a new family property.
